The LGBTQ+ community celebrates pride month every year, from the 1st of June to the 30th of June.

Every year June is celebrated as LGBTQ+ pride month. This month, the LGBTQ+ group celebrates the LGBTQ+ community in several ways. First, there are events and Awareness campaigns that are organized across the globe to recognize and acknowledge the influence of the LGBTQ+ community around the world.

LGBTQ+ stands for a lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer person. This community encompasses all the individuals that do not assign a particular sexual orientation towards themselves and represent themselves to belong to the LGBTQ+ group.

This riot happened early in 1969 when a raid occurred at the Stonewall inn in the Greenwich Village of Manhattan. To counteract this raid, the LGBTQ+ community organized various spontaneous and violent demonstrations to protest against the operation in their community.

These events will later be developed into annual celebrations held annually in June.

This flag, however, was a revolution because it encompasses seven colours of the rainbow that signify diversity because, without the seven colours, the rainbow is incomplete. Similarly, pharma without diversity, this LGBTQ+ community would be incomplete.

Pride month was officially recognized in the United States in 1999 when Bill Clinton became the first U S president. However, during the presidential ship of Barack Obama from 2009 to 2016, June was declared the gay pride month.

In addition, Donald Trump, who was the last president of the United States recognized this gay pride month by tweeting that its administration has started a global campaign that would decriminalize homosexuality. The pride parade in New York is said to be one of the largest parades in the world as it witnesses over 2,000,000 people participating in it.

Therefore, you need to take some time out of your busy schedule and learn about these individuals’ facts, concepts and scientific information. Learn about the history of this community and the people who played an important role in making this pride month happen. The the best way you can learn about these people is by appreciating they are a contribution to cinema.

Through this parade, you stand with a chance not just to have fun but also to understand the criticism and the discrimination faced by people who love this community. In addition, you get a chance to learn about the political laws surrounding this community, information related to gay marriages or transgender rights and even adoption rights for these people.
